I blame Tumblr

 Uhm... hello? I am here to expose myself again so welcome! lol

Anyway, I have once again lost myself into the depths of a fandom. After my Sonic craziness slowed down to a ''normal and healthy'' level that casual fans have, I lived a normal life until BOOM!! Undertale happened.

I have watched a few let's plays but this downfall started from casually listening to the OST, I love the music in both Undertale and Deltarune. Idk what really happened but now I am active on Tumblr and I completely blame that site for all of.. this. I have become a skeleton fangirl. What even is life anymore. The rest of the post is about Undertale but I just want to mention that I absolutely love Lancer from Deltarune. Sweet precious child. Plump baby boy <3

I tried to stop a few times and distance myself from all Undertale related stuff cuz I was uncomfortable with, well, thinking that skeletons can be cute and some people talked about necrophilia and stuff so I NOPED out (There is some nice content in this fandom but I did have to block some tags on Tumblr and I wish I could do the same on other sites as well, I don't want to see any kind of cest, thank you) but then I talked myself into casually watching some cute brotherly animations and songs and... oops. I found the Undertale Musical though and it made me realize just how much I love imitating voices so that's a plus! I love to sing Papyrus' songs in the car and do the talking parts as well!

Anyway, to the embarrassing part. It sounds weird but I have been spending.. maybe a few hours... reading Undertale fanfiction. It has all been SFW so I'm not too ashamed to admit this but still. (I have seen the tags and descriptions of some Explicit-rated fics on AO3 and GOSH NOPE NO THANKS) Thankfully the writers are nice and tag all the stuff that can make people uncomfortable so I have successfully avoided the no-zone. Only fluff, no smut, thank you.

At first the number of AUs terrified me, but now that I have spent a few months in the fandom I am familiar with the most important ones. There are like 400 of them so this is enough for me, lol. The original UT is great, I love the bros <3 Paps is such a sweetheart and Sans... let's just say that I liked puns before Undertale and now I do even more. He's cute, lazy bones and all.

Underfell is probably the second one I got to know. I'm still learning to like Paps but gosh do I love Sans! I am a sucker for the ''playboy/tough guy who actually falls in love'' stuff so hnnnnnnn the lad is adorable. My fav characters are those who blush a lot so.. yeah. (he should sometimes wash his mouth, though) Some writers write Paps really well, too, so it's not like I hate him. I just tend to like the Sanses more lol

Underswap. Gosh. US Paps is pretty cool, I like how he's usually more awkward than UT Sans and gosh, the soft 'nyeheh' laugh is ADORABLE. US Sans is my fav of these two though, he's such a cutie! <3 UT Paps is already such a sweetheart and that plus Sans' cute lil face and bandana and the blue blush AND STAR EYES so yeah..he's great.

Hmm.. swapfell? There are so many versions of this (swapfell, fellswap, swapfell red and violet/purple, fellswap gold... I don't know) but I like the purple one the most. How cute is that the tiny dude blushes purple?! There is the mutt/m'lord dynamic with Sans being a ''tiny tyrant'' and bossing his bro and others around but his portrayal changes a lot depending on the artist/writer. I like the ''suave gentleman but cold and calculating'' Sans the best. Gosh, my heart. Not too fond of the flirty smoker/drug user Paps but sometimes he's cool. This Sans is one of my favourites, though! Bad guys are just attractive I guess (only digitally though, thank you very much, I prefer sweethearts irl)

Uh.. yeah. There are many more, like Horrortale, which is the original but.. a lil twisted. Famine n cannibalism and stuff which is veeery fun, but I love how the fandom writes the characters getting better and going to therapy so I am pretty familiar with this AU as well. One of my fav fics is actually HT so yay! (''Fur a Good Time, Call...'', it's great, Sans is such a goober, I love it) This might look bad, but I do not enjoy the violent part of these violent universes, I just want to see the edgy guys happy.

Oh! I almost forgot the special dudes? Ink is pretty cute, I read one fic which made me like him more (The Glitch) and I guess Error can be pretty cool too (when he's not destroying everything). I'm not too familiar with Dream and Nightmare. I also don't really care for the Gasters in any au, though Gaster Sans is okay. Oh, oh, Dancetale is nice as well! I do like me some dancing and Sans doing some nice breakdance moves is 10/10! Also, Handplates AU is pretty good, I watched the comic dub movies on YT and MY HEART BABY SANS AND PAPYRUS NEED HUGS.

Hello again, I am here to vent, fangirling is tough.

I went to see the Sonic movie with my brother and, well... I fell back into the fandom of the blue blur.

I've been spending WAY too much time on Sonic related media this month, especially now that we're quarantined and forced to stay at home ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anyway, I thought I could just come here, list down all kinds of dumb stuff I ran into, opinions I want to share, things I absolutely fell in love with and, idk, basic fangirl stuff? Hopefully there's someone out there willing to read this, idk how much I'm even gonna write.

Hmm... If I had to say, one of my favourite Sonic related things online is this one YouTube channel called SonicSong182. They have voice actors acting as the characters and they answer to questions asked by the audience. Here's one of my favourite videos:

I really like Gadget here, he's super cute <33

Shadow is really entertaining in this series, he's portrayed as a meme lord but still has the edge to him, of course. He's made me laugh the most xDD

This channel is also the reason I like Infinite now. They found a great voice actor to portray him - he sounds amazing, he has a really deep voice. He was a host in one of the episodes and he was tough, as usual, but also hilarious.

Anyway, I really like voice acting stuff so this channel is a goldmine! They stream often and have the actors join every now and then so you can listen to their normal voices and compare them to the voices they give the characters. Some actors voice/voiced multiple characters and I can't help but admire people who can just switch characters and literally have a conversation with themselves xDD

Hmm.. what should I talk about next..

YouTube recommended an almost 2h long video about Sonic music and, as a nerd, I watched it and wow, it was awesomeeeee. I am a sappy girl and appreciate beauty so much that I get teary eyed about it so this video was like meant for me.. I'm also a deep thinker and hearing the guy appreciate and analyze the music thoroughly I actually felt like I was on the same wavelength with someone for once. Yes, I cried while listening to a video essay about Sonic music, don't @ me. xDDD I also watched his video about Minecraft music and Portal Retrospective which also made me cry. Anyway..

I also tried to read Sonic related fanfics for the first time. I found a few great Character x Reader stories, but idk if they are written by teenagers or why so many of them were too cringy or badly written to read.. I don't want to shame anyone but you know what the Sonic fandom is like.. Oh, I also ended up drawing my own fanfic comic.. idk if I'm bold enough to ship my Sonic oc/sona with the characters but hnnnnn it's fun to mess with the official characters xDD

Here's my oc if anyone's interested, I know I am writing to thin air here buuuuuut this is my venting place so I will do what I want xDD

I am from Finland and love foxes so I think me being an arctic fox is quite fitting ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If someone here actually cares about this, I post the comic on my Amino.

Oh! I found some great fanmade games!

Chao Resort Island, a 2d chao garden, which is a lot of fun,

and Sonic Dimensions, which is a fast paced 2d game that kinda feels like the Advance trilogy but controls better. I spent a few days purely speedrunning it, it was amazing!

I played through the game with Shadow, his aerial movement was easy and super fun to use! Also, the sprites look great, the stages are beautiful, the music is nice.. you should check it out!

Hmmm... other Sonic related YouTubers I watch include... Peter Knetter, who's a real fun lad and does many things,  Garrulous64 who does mod reviews and stuff and Courtney/ProjectSNT who does art \(ˆ⌣ˆ)/ They are all great, check them out tooooooo

My favourite characters tend to be tough and serious, idk why, but yep, same applies here.

Shadow, Espio and Knuckles are tough bois and I love them. Actually... I plan on shipping my oc, Zee, with Espio. Everyone ships everyone with Shadow - he would be a good choice though - and I don't think Zee would like how hotheated Knux is so, Espio it is! The awesome ninja boi whose team is really interesting and makes the comic really fun to draw xDD

Oh, I've been reading the IDW comics and I am nervously waiting what's going to happen with the metal virus arc. Espio is dealing with Zazz and hnnnnn cliff hangersssss I wanna know if and how he's gonna survive the madlad (╯‵Д′)╯

I know I just posted but I wanna write! I'll probably write a few posts and then forget about this blog for another three years but.. who knows? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wanted to rant about Haikyuu. Yes, again, I love it that much.

I had forgotten about my babies for so long but then THE 4TH SEASON WAS ANNOUNCED AND YES YES I AM READY! I do follow the manga, I have for a long time now, but STILL, NEW ANIME CONTENT!! It's going to start airing on the 10th (or 11th idk time zone stuff?) of January so SOON! THE HYPEEEEEE

Yes. But there's more than just a new season! They're changing the animation style! That might sound scary but they're making the anime look more like the manga which is great!! Fun fact, at first I didn't like the original art style and almost didn't watch the series but now I love it! I will happily take the changes though, and here's a few examples why:

You know this guy? Kuroo is one of my favourite bois but his design makes him look kinda creepy and shady, idk? He's like a tall lanky grandpa xDDDDD I was fine with it, he still looks cool, but look at THIS:

But seriously, he looks so much better now! And indeed, it is pretty similar to the manga style!

The sunshine child got a glow up! He's a big crow now! Less fluffy, more manly I guess? Can I call a 15 year old boy manly? Anyway, he looks so much stronger in the new style!

I am kinda torn with Kageyama though. I absolutely love his old design, he's such a grumpy lil blueberry, but the new one is more stoic and serious. I am still excited to see him in action and being the lovable idiot he is though, I'm not complaining <3

Here's something the fans reeeally seemed to like:

THEY LOOK SO MUCH STRONGER! I'm not one to gush about muscles but oh boy do I like me some character development, it's not often shown physically!

We've gotten a lot of information about the new season as well. The new characters got some great voice actors (Mamoru Miyano and Natsuki Hanae who are both familiar and awesome), the new openings that I have NOT listened to yet because I want to die when I watch the first episode I guess, and a few trailers to showcase the new art style. There will be some OVAs as well so the main show can concentrate on the practice camp and Karasuno's games! I will want to see Nekoma, Nohebi and Fukurodani's games as well so this girl is definitely gonna watch the OVAs when they come out.

Also, I want to share some spoilers here so if you wanna enjoy the series with fresh eyes, skip to the end, I'll mark the end of the ''dangerous'' part with red as well.

As I said, I follow the manga and BOY DO I HAVE THINGS I WANT TO SHARE!

Yes, there's the nationals and the usual volleyball playing but THERE'S MORE!

I guess it doesn't matter here if Karasuno wins or not, that you have to find out yourselves, but hnnnnn the mangaka went wild! After the nationals he decided to skip a few years forward! And guess what :O

Whew... but Haikyuu is great and I am once again fully into it! I have a fan comic that's been sitting on the shelf so who knows, I might actually start working on it again. It's not a ship comic, it's just me being a nerd and inserting myself into their world to mess with them I guess (–˛ — )

I might write a review recommendation thing about Sket Dance soon since the previous post reminded me about it.. It is one of my favourite anime series and I LOVE IT I LOVE BOSSUN I LOVE TSUBAKI I LOVE SWITCH AND HNNNNNNN IT'S GREAT idk when I will write about it though, maybe immediately after this, maybe in 3 years, who knows xDDDD

A while ago another series by the mangaka of Sket Dance got an anime! I hadn't read the manga before, I actually couldn't find it, but the anime was great! It's called 'Astra Lost in Space' (Kanata no Astra) and it's a scifi anime! I am a space nerd as well so I WAS SOLD IMMEDIATELY!
It's about a group of high schoolers who get stranded in space and have to travel back home and it.was.awesomeeeee go watch ittt

Also, the mangaka probably wants me killed since Kanata here is just like Bossun but even more HNNNNNNNNNNN cute. Fight me.

Anime recommendation #7 also hiyaaaaa I guess?

Um... hello? It's been like three years but I'm still alive! Lazy as usual but still alive! I have been watching anime and geeking around but hnnnn idk why I haven't written anything here. I tend to post most of my stuff on Instagram (my DeviantArt account is pretty much dead too) even though this blog is literally made for me (and Juliet) to geek out. Oh well. This still exists so I might as well write. I might also start writing only in black cuz Juliet probably won't really be writing, idk I'll ask her ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Aaaanyway, I thought I could write a review kinda thing about Lovely Complex, one of my favourite anime series to this day. I watched it for the first time sometime around 2014 and just finished rewatching it for the... 4th time I think? It was still good, especially because it's been a while since I last watched it. Well, let's get to it I guess? I don't really remember if I had a style I did the reviews with but still, let's go!

Lovely Complex is a romcom about two high school students, Koizumi Risa and Otani Atsushi. The ''exciting'' and special thing about this anime is that the female lead is taller than the male lead! Koizumi is 172cm which is pretty tall in Japan, and Otani is only 152cm. I find it kinda sad but kinda hilarious that people constantly call Koizumi huge and actually I'm 10cm taller than her xDD As a tall blonde I might be a sight to see if I ever went to Japan (‾.‾”)

Anyway, these two idiots are labeled as ''All Hanshin-Kyojin'' which to my understanding is a famous Japanese comedy duo. The anime is a comedy so the watcher has to understand Japanese sense of humor which is pretty different from us. I've gotten pretty used to it since I've watched other comedy series such as Sket-Dan (WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND SHOULD REVIEW NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT) and some of Osomatsu-san to name a few. I know, I'm good at going off tangent. Yes, review, continue.

They start with this comedy duo/enemy kind of relationship but eventually become friends and soon Koizumi starts to develop a lil crush on the lil boi. The series follows Koizumi's efforts ranging from confessing to jealousy, future plans etc so the usual school anime formula. Still, despite having watched pretty many school love stories, I really enjoy this one, it's satisfying to watch and really sweet! I don't want to spoil the entire thing so I guess I'll leave the plot explanation at that?

Characters. The two dorks have kind of similar personalities and are really fun to watch! They're energetic, enthusiastic and are huge fans of an artist called Umibouzu who does the spiderman hand sign I guess :DD There are other characters as well, such as a love rival, a love rival, a couple, a couple and a love rival ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The basic formula but I'm glad that the series concentrates on these two.

Koizumi is self conscious of her height, which is understandable, and keeps wondering if it's okay for her to like such a tiny guy. Sometimes she blames her personality too, she cries surprisingly much during the series and has a hot temper.

Otani on the other hand doesn't mind his height as much. Of course he's conscious about it but doesn't really dwell on it. He also plays basketball and is actually really good at it despite his height. He's the kind of guy others (Koizumi) can depend on and always comes to rescue when needed.

Okay this is getting long but opinions! What do I think of this series after watching it 4 times?

It was still good. I remembered all the important scenes (I DEFINITELY have NOT watched compilations of the cute scenes on YT, don't even ask) but they still had me interested. I've learnt more Japanese since the last time I watched it so I could actually understand what they were saying and even noticed that the subtitles were wrong a few times! :DD I was so proud of myself (˘⌣˘)

The voice actors did a fantastic job! I don't know where they're from but they talk in Kansai dialect here and I LOVE IT! The super expressive characters need expressive voices and they got them x) Like how do you even voice characters with faces like these?! Respect to the seiyuus, really!

Overall, if you're looking for an anime that's not super frustrating to watch, I really recommend watching this one! The comedy might not be everyone's cup of tea but there's so much more than just that! These two make such a cute duo - and a couple, yes - that I really enjoyed watching this again.

TL;DR?

Cute anime, couple with height problems, satisfying ending, moments that makes you SQUEEE and tugs your heartstrings. 10/10 would watch again x)

Character rant #1

Okay, I'm back again x) (I don't know about Juliet, though, she'll probably write soon too)

I came up with a new idea today: character rants. I'm having so many Haikyuu feels at the moment so I have to let them out once in a while, especially because I'm the only otaku in my squad and I feel like it's rude and kind of weird to start ranting about something they don't understand. The feels bottle up over time and now I accidentally managed to pop the bottle open. I watched some Kageyama AMVs and almost started crying, they were so touching and very well done <3

So. I made a recommendation of Haikyuu a while back so I won't explain the whole thing, but I will dig into the backstory of the lil bean I'm going to rant over today.

If you have read the Haikyuu post you probably know about my love for Kageyama. Most of my favourite characters are the type that ''act like they're really charismatic but are actually losers''. Perfect examples are the prince-like idiot Tamaki from OHSHC, the awkward prince Raji from Snow White with the Red Hair and my dear little dork Kageyama from Haikyuu. I love characters that get awkward and blushy even though they seem so confident and strong.

Kageyama might act like the cool skilled setter he is from time to time but is actually as dumb as Hinata. As I've seen someone say on Tumblr,  he's ''actually the most special snowflake ever''. I mean, look at these:

 

 

He's such an awkward little thing <33 I can't really express my feelings but I'm sure that someone out there knows what I'm talking about and can relate to all...this. xD But the awkwardness isn't the only thing I love about him.

Those who have watched Haikyuu are familiar with his back story. In middle school he used to be called an ''egocentric king'' because he used to boss around and was pretty selfish. As a result to that, his teammates started to isolate him and he ended up benched. Tsukishima still calls him 'King' just to tease him (which makes the feels run wild T_T). Sad back stories make characters more human and I personally start to love them even more. I've seen tips on how to write realistic and overall good characters and adding some negative personality traits is probably the simplest way of ''humanizing'' them.

Another and a more obvious reason for me loving him are the looks. He's just so pretty <3

 

I love dark hair and his sharp blue eyes are like a cherry on top. He has the ''ikemen haircut'' as well. And, as I am pretty tall, it makes me extremely happy to know that he's taller than me. My smol baby is actually a tol baby xDD

I think that this could be called a rant :DD I'm not sure if I'm going to write more of these but I guess I have to lay more of my Haikyuu and Hetalia feels in the open more often ;)

Anime recommendation #6

Ehehe..he. Oops.

But.. I spent the month (mostly the last few days) watching another jewel because I fell into the depths of sports anime ;)

So, here's another recommendation for you: Yowamushi Pedal!

Shortly, YP is about an otaku named Sakamichi Onoda who somehow ends up in a biking club. He gets to know the club which consists of awesome characters such as the Haru-Nanase-like Shunsuke Imaizumi and the loud red bean Shoukichi Naruko. I think that the idea of an otaku in a sports club is an interesting concept x3

The first season is mostly about training and getting to know the characters etc, but the Inter High starts already during the first and continues to the second season. It lasts surprisingly long, but - because it's a sports anime - background stories are a must. It makes the characters relatable, lovable and deeper. Perfect charas are boring :P

Yowamushi Pedal does have characters I don't really like, such as Touichirou Izumida, who talks to his abs. (When you get to know him, you'll find out ''who'' are Andy and Frank as well...) But there aren't that many bad characters. I even started to like the almost inhuman Akira Midousuji (I love his name btw) who everyone seemed to hate. That's the power of backstories.

Most of the characters will be introduced during the Inter High. The biggest threat is Hakone Academy which will find its way into the watcher's heart in no time. Other teams don't get that much screen time, though. But it's nice that the whole show isn't just about these two schools.

I kind of started to like the not-so-likable challenger Kyoto Fushimi. (Sadly, Midousuji takes all the screentime T_T) Surprisingly, his ''servant'' Koutarou Ishigaki was actually one of my favourite characters in the entire show x3

But, enough with the characters. The whole thing was really thrilling and I ended up marathoning from like episode 12 of season to the end of season 2 in a moment. I watched eps 9-21 just yesterday. Does that say something about the cliffhangers? I just couldn't stop T_T

Also, I loved the soundtracks and voice actors <3 Here's a small tip for the watchers: If something terrible happens but the soundtrack doesn't change, everything is gonna be alright in a sec ;) The seiyuus did a great job and gave the charas a life x3 (Tetsuya Kakihara as Toudou <3) Ah, there's still something I absolutely need to say: Naruko's Osaka dialect is adorable. Thank you.

So. If you like sports anime, you should check YowaPeda out :3 You won't regret it ;) If you aren't that into dramatized sports, this might not be your cup of tea but I'd recommend everyone to at least check it out :) 

(Also, you don't need to be athletic to enjoy these. I literally bike like 2km a day and that's pretty much it :I)

Yeah. So. Check it out if you want to see something nice that makes you cheer for characters you can't help but love <3

Anime recommendation #5

We haven't written in a while, sorry :/ But now I'm back with another jewel <3

We had an Italy themed day at school yesterday and I had some free time so I ended up drawing. I went by the theme of the day and a lil Romano (South Italy) found his way onto the paper x3 The day triggered my inner Hetalian and I'm back in the fandom of one of my fav animes :3 Here, some info about it for the interested ones:

Yes, Hetalia is about history. No, you don't have to be necessarily interested in it. History is actually one of my worst subjects at school but I love Hetalia <3 It has also helped me with it xD The main idea behind the show is that the countries of the world are portrayed by people, mostly men (really stereotypically though) This is actually one of the reasons I love APH (Axis Powers Hetalia), it has so many awesome characters and I just can't choose a favourite x3

The old studio Deen art with almost purple skin might be a turn off for some watchers but I saw a Tumblr post about it: ''Only the strongest will get to see the 'Beautiful World'!'' or something like that. To put it simply. the first seasons looked like this:

The ones who found Hetalia early enough had to go through the ''dark age'' (if it's okay to call it that) to get to see the beautiful artwork of the new seasons. I think I got into it around the time Beautiful World started airing.

Shortly about the characters:

The axis powers are pretty much the main characters: the Italy brothers (North and South aka Veneziano and Romano), Germany and Japan. They are portrayed pretty stereotypically. The brothers are all about pasta and other foods, Germany is extremely strict with training etc and Japan is really modest.

The allied forces (USA, France, UK, China, Russia and Canada) also play a big part in the series. The biggest stereotype is USA, mostly called America, who eats nothing but burgers and fries. France is pretty much a personification of love, England just can't cook, China loves pandas, no one sees Canada (T_T) and Russia is big and mysterious (and kind of scary xD)

There are way too many awesome characters to name, but most fans really like the Nordics who are the winter weirdoes of the anime x) (My babies :3) Icey's such a cute little cinnamon bun <33

So, if you want to watch a comedy with dozens of cute characters, you should check this out x3 It is also really educational if you ask me :D If you don't want to start with the old seasons, the newer ones are just okay to start with because Hetalia doesn't really have an actual plot. It's just random skits about the time of the world wars (most of them are comical, APH doesn't get sad/deep that often) and other times. I really recommend this wonderful piece of anime to everyone ;) At least it'll make history classes way more interesting xDDD

Anime recommendation #3,5 & 4

Yes, I have again finished another anime, but this time I'll recommend something else :P But here, have a short one for the newest anime I watched:

Planetes (=planets or wanderers, it's Ancient Greek) is an anime that was made back in 2004. The art was kind of a turn off, but I enjoyed the show anyway. Basically it's about debris collectors but the plot gets more and more complicated later on and there're also some adorable moments between the main characters. I needed to have some actual romance after the disappointing ones from the winter season, and this was amazing, especially the ending :33 Planetes was pretty dramatic from time to time, but it kind of worked out in the end anyway ^^ I really liked Hachimaki's voice because his seiyuu also voices the younger coach Ukai from Haikyuu <33 But now, let's get into the another one x3

No matter how many times I come back to this, it's always enjoyable. This wonderful piece of art is called Kimi to Boku, which means You and I. It doesn't really have that much romance in it but the cute blushing moments are worth it <3 Kimi to Boku is about a group of high school boys who have known each other since kindergarten. The funny thing is the blonde little guy Chizuru who joins the group. (He's such a cutie :3) Everyone of the 5 has a small romance going on at some point ;)

There is a pretty good amount of characters. Even some family members are introduced which I think is kinda rare. Anyway, these are the main 5:

Chizuru, the blonde ball of pure energy and happiness. He'd be cute enough just as he is, but when he starts to fall for a girl, he tends to blush and gets shy x33 My lil' baby x) Also, he's voiced by Miyo Irino <3

Shun is the ''mom friend''. He's often thought to be a girl, especially in the beginning when he has long hair. He looks pretty cute with the short hair, so why not x3

Yuuki and Yuuta are twins who seem really boring at first but turn out to be pretty amusing. Telling them apart might be hard at first, but their voices and hairstyles are the easiest ways to do it. They like to tease Kaname a lot :3

Kaname. He's pretty much the embodiment of perfection to me. A pretty tall, smart and responsible guy who gets embarrassed easily. Also, he has dark hair and glasses. That's like 100% what I'd want from a guy <3 I love how he always blushes when the others talk about his first love x333

Kimi to Boku is one of the light and soft animes that are meant to be watched when you want or need to relax. Yes, there is some drama between the characters, but it doesn't get dark or too serious. I recommend this jewel to pretty much everyone who doesn't mind some fluff or two seasons :)
